Our Florida gator hunts are drawn by lottery. We draw our tags in May, and run our hunts between August 15 and November 1. Our hunts are operated on the St. John’s River, where we have a whopping thousand gators per mile! You’re sure to get the full on Orlando Florida gator hunting experience. We conduct our hunts at night from the airboat, where you can use crossbows, compound bows, harpoons, or fishing poles to snag the gator you’ve just been itchin’ to catch. This is by far the most exciting and challenging method of harvesting alligators. We hunt off of nice and comfortable six passenger airboats, where you can share your Florida gator hunting experience with others. There’s nothing that helps bond you more like catching a gorgeous gator with someone you love! We will supply the tags, you will be listed as an agent under one of our trappers. These tags are limited and we will fill them on a first come first serve basis, so you better hurry! With this hunt tags, equipment, and guide are included. We can drop off your gator to a local processor who will take care of skinning and packaging for their own separate fee. We will have your hide ready for the taxidermist as well so you can get that much closer to being able to showcase your monster catch. We can also guide you to fill your own tags in our areas. Orlando gators hunts are the perfect way to get that rush you crave while taking away something you remember for a lifetime, and we have a very high success rate and generally harvest gators at 8 foot or better, with an average of 10 foot. We also have no trophy fees, so come on down! If you harvest a 10 foot alligator you can expect about 50 pounds of meat worth between $8-$14 a pound and a hide averaging $300, making our Orlando gator hunts well worth it. We have excellent taxidermists that we work with who can do anything from full body mounts to custom purses. Come by, catch your gator, and show it off in a handful of unique ways!
We do require a non-refundable $300 deposit per hunter to hold your spot for the upcoming season.
If the tag is not in your name you will be required to purchase an additional agents tag at $51.50.
*Does not include processing the gator. We have additional processing fee of $20 per foot for skinning and packaging of meat.
